Object Exclusivity

Exclusive Application of Income

The company is required to apply its profits, if any, or other income exclusively in promoting its charitable objects (social welfare, environment, women empowerment, elderly care, water security, food security, harmony, education).

Non-Distribution Constraint

Prohibition of Dividends & Bonuses

The payment of any dividend or bonus to its members is strictly prohibited under the law. No director, trustee, or member receives financial dividends from the Foundation's assets.

Statutory Accounting & Audit

Annual Financial Audits & ROC Filings

The Foundation maintains proper books of accounts subject to statutory audits by independent Chartered Accountants, with annual filings submitted to the Registrar of Companies, Pune.

Dissolution & Asset Lock

Asset Transfer on Winding Up

If upon winding up or dissolution there remains any surplus property or funds after satisfaction of all debts, it cannot be paid to members, but must be transferred to another institution having similar objects under Section 8.

"The Foundation is established to promote social welfare, alleviate poverty and advance community development by implementing comprehensive social work programmes, rendering charitable assistance, and conducting rural and urban upliftment projects for underprivileged, marginalized and vulnerable sections of society."

Object 02Environment & Nature Conservation

"The Foundation is established to promote environmental sustainability, ecological balance and nature conservation by designing and executing initiatives for forest conservation, afforestation, wasteland development, protection of flora and fauna, and promoting sustainable eco-friendly practices within communities."

"The Foundation is established to foster women empowerment and gender equality by providing skill development, vocational training, leadership programmes, entrepreneurship opportunities and legal awareness, thereby enabling women to achieve social, economic and financial independence."
